Jodi Wigginton’s vision for Judit prioritizes bringing diverse and economically disadvantaged human capital to the mainstream commercial and public sector workforce. Judit emphasizes the human element of labor solutions through personalized recruitment and career development strategies, thereby creating a quality workforce and promoting productivity, satisfaction, and long-term client loyalty.
Before leading Judit, Jodi played a pivotal role in the success of Accelerated Innovators, where she developed foundational operational policies. Her expertise extends to her tenure at Canon USA, where she led legal initiatives and received recognition for her contributions.
Jodi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics from Tulane University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jodi is dedicated to supporting charitable causes. She actively engages with Sunrise Association and Day Camps, providing assistance to families affected by cancer, and contributes to fundraising efforts for Jewish Adoption and Family
Care Options.
In her leisure time, Jodi enjoys spending quality moments with her family and indulging her passion for tennis and pickleball.

With over 30 years of experience, Jeff's expertise spans business strategy, operations, and technology. He has made significant strides in transforming organizations of all sizes while working for diverse company types, including venture capital and private equity firms. Jeff brings a wealth of executive leadership experience from prior roles at Think Systems, Finix Business Strategies, Broadridge Financial Solutions, and Legg Mason.
Jeff holds a B.A. in Business Management and Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he actively engages with his community through leadership roles serving as a Board Member for the Backside Learning Center and a past Board President for the House of Ruth Maryland. Additionally, Jeff is an owner of thoroughbred racehorses.

Stephen Kovach is Senior Vice President of Sales. Stephen is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies in both the commercial and government sectors, driving market growth.
Stephen brings over 16 years of sales agency staffing experience serving his global enterprise and managed service provider clients. He spent eight years in the federal government sector as an analyst-cost estimator and program/program manager. His deep industry expertise includes building relationships, driving consultative solutions, and hunting new C-suite level and top companies needing staffing solutions.
Prior to joining Judit, Stephen held business development and sales leadership roles at Modis, Compucon, Robert Half, and Kforce.
Stephen has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Statistics from Texas State University.

Anthony brings over 20 years of experience in federal and commercial IT, cybersecurity, and business development leadership and specializes in creating advanced hardware and software solutions, focusing on enterprise-level cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and software integration. He has a strong background in developing and managing federal contracts and holds Top Secret and Public Trust security clearances. Previously, Anthony worked for ManTech International and Raytheon Naval Technologies, overseeing nuclear reactor sites and the U.S. Navy Aegis Missile System.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University, where he attended on a full-ride Division I baseball scholarship.
Outside of work, Anthony is a talented smooth jazz artist, performing at various venues and developing a substantial following, enriching his life with creative expression.
